The Tall
Oaks Conference is unique in many ways. It is very
informal where jeans and t-shirts (or sweatshirts,
depending on the weather) are as dressed up as we get.
The meetings are held in a new conference center in a
360-acre rustic camp. The setting is quiet and secluded,
nestled in the woods and offers the opportunity to focus
and re-energize as we face the end of the semester. The
camp is large enough to provide long walks through the
woods or on the country road.
The Tall
Oaks Conference is designed to be very informative, yet
affordable. Conference fees include registration,
lodging, meals, snacks, and conference materials.
Although the camp is mostly accessible some of the
walkways are rough. A flashlight may come in handy for
returning to the cabin or conference center in the
evenings.
